Keagan received his first honor roll certificate today. I know it
means nothing to most, but I am a teacher, after all, and I live for those neat
rows of data, the standards' checklists with the big Ms (that means mastery for
all of you non-teachers out there), and the never ending battle to bring up my
scores all day, every day. I couldn't allow such an exciting day of mastery in
my own baby's life go undocumented.
